I am the first. I am a first generation college student who grew up in the Philippines. I am of Scottish decent. I am of Filipino decent. I am 21. I never lose sight of changing the world. I want to be the best at whatever I do. I am a go-getter. I never stand still. I love life. I love changing the world even more. I hope to inspire. I dream. I am Debbie Arkley Ebalobo. I have three siblings–Eduard, Tricia, and Andrew. They motivate me to be better. My goals in life are simple, be happy and make my parents proud. Overall, I am constantly changing. I hope that I will cross paths with you one day, so that you can help mold me and I can help shape you.

Looking back...
Okay…this semester has been CRAZY.

I don’t know what it is or how it happened, but this has been, perhaps, my most challenging semester ever! Today, I find myself with a few hours to relax…and I’m feel as if…I haven’t relaxed in ages.

I feel lost as I type this post, look at my dogs as they cuddle beside me, eating a PB&J sandwich, too lazy to turn on the television. I know this feeling…what is it called again?

ohhh…boredom.

Well, I will enjoy my 2 or 3 hour break, but this feeling reminds me of why I am so involved—I hate being bored.
